Digital Product Nature
All items sold on this website are digital services or downloadable artwork. Once the design process has begun or the file has been delivered, cancellations are generally not permitted.

Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase if work has not yet started. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@merchcrafter.com with your order details.

Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• Work has already begun on your custom design.
• Files have already been delivered or partially delivered.
• The order is part of an express or rush service.

Refund Exceptions
We may consider cancellations or partial refunds in special cases involving technical issues or duplicate orders. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Final Sale
All completed artwork and custom services are final sale and non-refundable once delivered, as intellectual property rights are transferred to the buyer upon completion.
