Return & Refund Policy

At MerchCrafter™, we provide custom artwork and digital services tailored to your brand. Since all of our projects are personalized and created specifically for each client, standard product return policies do not apply.

Our Commitment

We stand by the quality of every design we deliver. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order due to an error on our part or a significant deviation from the agreed scope, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for Revisions or Redelivery

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your final files.
  • The request must clearly state the issue and include reference materials or proofs (e.g. screenshots or files).
  • We will evaluate each request individually and offer a revision or corrected delivery when appropriate.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Approved final designs
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after work has begun
  • Custom designs created according to client specifications
  • Sale packages, discounted offers, or bulk design orders
  • Gift cards or design credits

Errors or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your files upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong design package
  • There are technical file issues
  • There’s a mistake on our end (e.g., layout or specs not matching your brief)

We'll evaluate the issue promptly and provide necessary revisions if eligible.

European Union Clients

While EU regulations may apply to physical goods, our services are digital and custom-made, and therefore exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Refunds (If Approved)

In rare cases where a refund is granted (e.g., for duplicated payments), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
