MerchCrafter™ is primarily a digital ecommerce, design, and development company. Our services are delivered electronically or implemented directly inside the platforms connected to your project.
The short version: Most MerchCrafter™ purchases involve digital work rather than physical merchandise. Depending on the service, delivery may mean receiving downloadable files, receiving a private cloud link, receiving access to completed work, or having the work implemented directly inside your Shopify store or connected platform.
1. Digital-First Delivery
MerchCrafter™ provides services such as Shopify development, custom theme work, ecommerce design, CRO, SEO, automation, maintenance, print-on-demand design, product setup, and other digital ecommerce services.
These services do not normally involve physical shipping.
If a particular product or service includes a physical item, that will be clearly stated in the relevant product description, proposal, or agreement.
2. How Delivery Works
Different projects may be delivered in different ways.
Direct Implementation
Shopify development, coding, configuration, and optimization may be completed directly inside the client's Shopify store or connected platform.
Digital Files
Designs and project assets may be supplied in formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, ZIP, or other agreed formats.
Secure Cloud Delivery
Larger files or multi-file projects may be delivered through secure cloud-storage links such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or another agreed service.
3. Project Timelines
There is no single turnaround time that applies to every MerchCrafter™ service.
Smaller digital design orders may sometimes be completed within a few business days, while custom Shopify builds, larger catalogue projects, custom-coded systems, and ongoing development projects naturally require more time.
The expected timeline will normally be communicated through the relevant product description, project proposal, quotation, invoice, or direct project communication.
Important: Estimated delivery dates may change when the project scope changes, additional work is requested, required materials are delayed, or third-party platforms create technical dependencies outside our control.
4. Shopify Projects
For Shopify projects, completion does not always mean receiving a downloadable file.
Delivery may instead involve implementation directly inside:
- Your Shopify theme
- Product templates
- Store sections and layouts
- Navigation and collections
- Shopify settings
- Connected applications
- Custom ecommerce systems
- SEO or CRO configurations
When appropriate, final theme files, documentation, or other project assets may also be supplied separately.
5. Design & POD Files
For design, print-on-demand, or creative projects, files may be delivered through email, private download link, cloud storage, or another agreed digital method.
Available file formats depend on the package and project scope.
These may include:
- PNG
- JPG / JPEG
- PSD
- AI or vector formats where included
- ZIP archives
- Other agreed project files
Source or editable files are supplied only where they are included in the relevant service, package, or project agreement.
6. Project Review & Approval
Larger projects may involve review stages, development previews, test links, revisions, or milestone approvals before final delivery.
Where client approval is required, final delivery may depend on receiving timely feedback or confirmation.
Delays in client feedback, approvals, content, product information, or access may also extend the expected delivery timeline.
7. Delayed or Missing Delivery
If you are expecting digital files and have not received them, first check:
- Your spam or junk folder
- The email address used when ordering
- Previous project messages for a cloud or download link
- Whether approval or additional information is still required from you

Where appropriate, we may resend a file, delivery link, or provide another method of access.
8. File Availability & Backups
Clients should download and securely store their final delivered files.
MerchCrafter™ may retain project files for a limited period for operational or support purposes, but we do not guarantee permanent storage of every historical project asset.
Important: Once final project files have been delivered, maintaining long-term backups should form part of the client's own business and data-storage process.
9. International Delivery
MerchCrafter™ works with clients internationally.
Because our core services are delivered digitally, traditional shipping charges, customs duties, and physical import fees generally do not apply.
Taxes connected to digital services may still apply where required by applicable tax laws.
10. Third-Party Platforms
MerchCrafter™ projects may depend on platforms or services such as Shopify, cloud-storage providers, email services, apps, hosting systems, print-on-demand providers, or other external tools.
Temporary outages, account restrictions, service changes, or technical issues involving independent third-party providers may occasionally affect delivery timing.
MerchCrafter™ is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
11. Physical Products
MerchCrafter™ primarily provides digital services and does not normally ship physical products.
If a future service or listing includes physical goods, the applicable shipping method, cost, estimated delivery time, and any other shipping terms will be stated separately.
Where print-on-demand products are manufactured or fulfilled by an independent provider, physical production and delivery may also be subject to that provider's policies and carrier arrangements.
