MerchCrafter™ delivers all artwork and design services digitally. No physical products are shipped unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.

Processing Time

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, depending on the project scope and package selected. Turnaround times for larger or custom orders may vary and will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery Method

Completed files (such as PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, or PDF) are delivered via:

• Email to the address provided at checkout
• Or via secure cloud link (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox) for large or multi-file orders

You will receive a delivery notification once your files are ready for download.

Missed or Delayed Files

If you haven't received your files within the expected time, please check:

• Your spam/junk folder
• Whether your email address was entered correctly
• Or reach out directly to info@merchcrafter.com with your order number

We’ll promptly resend your files or provide alternate access if needed.
